- CPI rose 0.2% in July and 2.9% on a yearly basis, both in line with the forecasts
- Core CPI increased 0.2% on the month and 3.2% y/y, both also coming in line with the estimates.
- Supercore inflation rose 0.2% in July versus -0.05% in June.
- Stock futures were little changed following the report.
