Group M upgrades its global advertising revenue forecast for 2024 to 9.5% from 7.8%, projects growth of 7.7% in 2025
- Group M has raised its global advertising revenue growth forecast (ex-political) for 2024 to 9.5% from 7.8% projected in June 2024.
- For 2025, it’s forecasting global ad revenue growth rate of 7.7%.
- It forecasts global digital advertising revenue will grow 12.4% in 2024 (previous projection: 10%) and 10% in 2025.
- Group M estimates that digital advertising share will reach 72.9% in 2025 and 72.6% in 2029.
- US ad revenue is forecasted to grow 9% in 2024 (previous projection: 5.8%) to $379 billion and 7% in 2025 (ex-political).
