ID.Every1 is a Volkswagen brand concept car for a model that will arrive in 2027. The model will be a smart EV starting at €20,000 and will be build at Palmela plant in Portugal.
In my opinion, this model is strategically important to the Volkswagen brand since it will usher in a new design principle for its future EVs that is more “likable”. The model will also be based on technology co-developed with Rivian, making it a test of whether Volkswagen’s product execution is improving.
