- European automakers are raising prices of combustion vehicles but offering discounts on electric vehicles as EU 2025 CO2 regulation looms.
- For instance, Renault increased the price of its Clio SCE 65 by around 1.6% but kept the prices of its hybrid vehicles unchanged.
- Last month Peugeot hiked prices of all its models in France except electric vehicles by around 500 euros.
- Volkswagen recently did the same.
